Erica & Giancarlo

Here we have an interesting surprise. Right from the beginning, let me tell you Giancarlo is a risk taker and adventurous, but boy can he deliver. You may ask why? Well during our prewedding meeting I asked Erica & Giancarlo where they were going for their honeymoon. Erica turns to Giancarlo looks at him for a few seconds and turns back towards me and tells me “I have no freaken idea”… So yes everyone, Giancarlo planned the complete honeymoon without telling Erica anything until the day they were to leave on their honeymoon. Giancarlo surprised her with a honeymoon in Australia… I recall all the bridesmaids during the getting ready expressing where they thought it would be. I do not recall if anyone said Australia, but I am sure Erica was completely surprised…

Our day started with getting ready at the Biltmore, ceremony at the beautiful Little Flower Catholic Church and reception to follow back at the Biltmore. Erica and Giancarlo did the right thing to take advantage of the light and had a first look. Giancarlo was a bit nervous and anxious to see his beautiful bride. As Erica approached him, we told Giancarlo to turn around before she was near so that he can truly admire her beauty. Erica was radiant and glowing with happiness. As Giancarlo turned around, you can also see his happiness as he admired Erica walking towards him. Throughout the time we were performing artistic shots, I felt their love. I was seeing through the camera lens how each are head over heels for the other. I hardly had to tell them to kiss as it would just come naturally for them as they were together…
